The Immanuel Eagles will look to defend their home court on Thursday against the Central Valley Christian Cavaliers at 6:30 p.m. Immanuel will be strutting in after a victory while Central Valley Christian will be coming in after a loss.
Last Tuesday, Immanuel didn't have too much trouble with Hanford West at home as they won 44-27. The victory was just what Immanuel needed coming off of a 59-29 defeat in their prior match.
Meanwhile, Central Valley Christian's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They took a 54-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of Exeter.
Immanuel has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. As for Central Valley Christian, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which bumped their record down to 7-10.
Immanuel took their win against Central Valley Christian when the teams last played back in February of 2023 by a conclusive 54-30. With Immanuel ahead 45-9 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
