 Mill Creek  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .810. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
Mill Creek's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Central Gwinnett, their loss was  their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 1-10.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mill Creek will take on North Forsyth at 6:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Central Gwinnett, they will challenge South Gwinnett at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. The Comets have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 14.67  runs per game on average), something the Black Knights will no doubt try to take advantage of.
