The Hanford Bullpups will venture away from home to  square off against the Tulare Western Mustangs  at 6:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Both come into the  matchup bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.

If Tulare Union wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Hanford, they should've done a better job of containing  Miranda Kunz. The Bullpups came out on top against the Tribe by a score of  3-1  on Monday thanks in part to  Kunz, who  had 26  digs and five  aces. She has been hot for a while, having  posted ten or more  digs the last nine times she's  played.
 The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 16-25, 25-9,  25-11.
Hanford can attribute much of their success to   Daniela Rodriguez, who  had 11  assists and six  digs, and   Hazel Agnew, who  had nine  digs and two  aces.
 They weren't the only good servers: Hanford  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 15  aces. That's the most  aces they've posted  since  the start of last season.
Meanwhile, Tulare Western posted their closest  win since August 27th on Monday. They won by a  set and slipped past Dinuba  3-2.
 Tulare Western took Dinuba into a fifth set  where they got it done with a four-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 24-26, 25-23, 25-16, 19-25,  15-11.
 Tulare Western's record now sits at 13-17. As for Hanford, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-11 record  this season.
 Hanford beat Tulare Western 3-1  in their previous meeting  last Monday. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bullpups since the  team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
