Mastery Charter North - Pickett managed a 47-43 victory over Imhotep Charter on Wednesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Mastery Charter North - Pickett.
Mastery Charter North - Pickett's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kyjanae Cooper led the charge by scoring 11 points. Cooper continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Leilany Ayala, who scored ten points.
Mastery Charter North - Pickett has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season. As for Imhotep Charter, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.
Mastery Charter North - Pickett will look to defend their home court on Monday against Carver High School of Engineering & Science at 3:45 p.m. Imhotep Charter on the road again on Sunday and play against Episcopal Academy at 1:30 p.m. on January 21st.
