Sonora hasn't lost a match since December 2, 2024, a trend which continued in their latest game on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 5-0 margin over the Hughson Huskies. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by five goals or more this season.

Sonora has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-1-1 record this season. As for Hughson, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-9-1.

Sonora didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Ripon on the 10th. Hughson has also already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Orestimba on the 10th.
