Triumph Charter got a massive performance out of Gabriel Gonzales, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and one run. Gonzales has become a key player for the Jaguars: the team is 10-3 when he posts at least two stolen bases, but 5-8 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Anthony Cruz, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when University faced off against Robert F. Kennedy Community on Saturday. The Wildcats never let the Bobcats get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory.
Angel Huerta made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out ten over five innings pitched. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, earning one RBI, one run, and one stolen base.
In other batting news, David Carrillo was a standout: he went 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. DJ Pichetrungsi was another key player, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
