Marion County came out on top against Schley County  on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive six-run fifth inning. The Eagles walked away with  a   9-4  win over the Wildcats. Those  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Schley County,  they are  on  a  seven-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Marion County will square off against Manchester at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Schley County, they will venture away from home to  take on Crawford County  at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
