Baseball Recap: Patrick Henry Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Patrick Henry won the last time they faced Mt. Carmel and things went their way on Monday too. The Patrick Henry Patriots walked away with a 5-2 win over the Mt. Carmel Sundevils. The victory was just business as usual for the Patriots, who after three games remain undefeated this season.

Ian Brooke was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run and four RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Alex Mestman, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Patrick Henry's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Mt. Carmel, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Patrick Henry will face off against San Pasqual at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. San Pasqual will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Patrick Henry surely won't give up without a fight. As for Mt. Carmel, they will challenge Maranatha Christian at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
