Jackson can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They blew past the Battle Spartans 10-3. The Fighting Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by six runs or more this season.

The victory got Jackson back to even at 9-9. As for Battle, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.

Jackson wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 4-3 defeat against Truman on the 19th. As for Battle, they have also already played their next game, a 7-4 loss against St. Elizabeth on the 19th.
