Creekside Christian Academy had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Victory Baptist on Friday. Creekside Christian Academy put the hurt on Victory Baptist with a sharp 12-2 victory. The Cougars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 matches by six runs or more this season.

Bryce Mccadden and Trey Gatlin did most of the damage at the plate: Mccadden scored two runs while going 2-for-3, while Gatlin went 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. That home run marked the first that Gatlin launched this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Nehemiah Lymon, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-2.

Creekside Christian Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .553. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Victory Baptist only posted an OBP of .357.
