Commerce had to settle for second on Wednesday, but Addy Grace Martin sure wasn't going down easily. Martin wasn't messing around, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over 4.2 innings pitched. The pitching appearance was her fifth straight with two or fewer walks.

Looking ahead, Martin and Commerce will host White County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers haven't beaten the Warriors recently, having gone 0-3 since September of 2022.
