Maple Shade's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. In a tight matchup that could have gone either way, they made off with a 42-41 win over the LEAP Academy Lancers. The Wildcats' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Maple Shade's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for LEAP Academy, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Maple Shade will head out on the road to challenge Delran at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for LEAP Academy, they will welcome Riverside at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
