The Warriors narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Falcons 2-1. The victory was familiar territory for the Warriors, who have now won three matches in a row.

Walnut Grove saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sean Martell, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Walnut Grove pushed their record up to 18-9 with the win, which was their third straight at home.
