There's no place like home for San Marcos, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They blew past the St. Joseph Academy Crusaders 50-21 on Tuesday. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 29 points or more this season.

The victory got San Marcos back to even at 5-5. As for St. Joseph Academy, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. San Marcos will head out to challenge Torrey Pines at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Torrey Pines will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something San Marcos surely won't give up without a fight. As for St. Joseph Academy, they are taking a road trip to take on Sage Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
