This season hasn't been kind to the Swenson Arts & Tech Lion, who are still winless after their fifth game. They had to suffer through a rough 52-15 loss at the hands of Science Leadership Academy at Beeber. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Swenson Arts & Tech has scored all season.
Science Leadership Academy at Beeber found their leader in underclassman Raegan Wells-Bradley, who scored 28 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Wells-Bradley has scored at least a third of Science Leadership Academy at Beeber's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Trace Vanterpool, who scored 16 points.
Swenson Arts & Tech's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Science Leadership Academy at Beeber, their win bumped their record up to 1-2.
Swenson Arts & Tech will head out on the road to square off against the Knights at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Strawberry Mansion comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 24 points in their last seven games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse. Science Leadership Academy at Beeber does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
