Passaic Indians (Passaic, NJ) fans were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball team edge the host Hackensack Comets (Hackensack, NJ), 58-54 in a league game.

With the win, Passaic improves its record to 16-4 on the season. The Indians host Eastside (Paterson, NJ) to meet the Ghosts in a NNJIL B game on Thursday, February 16. The Ghosts enter the game with a record of 9-7. Eastside lost 76-69 in their recent non-league game against Clifton (Clifton, NJ)

Next up, the Comets meet the Ridgewood Maroons (Ridgewood, NJ) in a non-league game, on Thursday, February 16. Hackensack will attempt to improve on its 7-10 season record. The Maroons enter the game with a 4-11 record after their 63-60 league loss to Montclair (Montclair, NJ).
