Rasheed Wallace has been named player of the year. "Rasheed Wallace finished his HS Career as the Leading Scorer In Tornado History. Wallace accomplished this in 2 years of Varsity Basketball. Wallace 1,316 points is the most ever scored by a Tornado. The previous record was held by Lew Hill and it stood for 42 years. Wallace also has the new single season scoring record and average set by Randy "Big Cheese" Corker(632points) set in 1980. Wallace Senior year included a 26.2 ppg(record), 708 points(record), 2.4 apg, 8rpg, 3.3spg, 64 3FG(record) 83 steals. Rasheed will be truly missed in the Tornado locker room. "
