The Artesia Bulldogs basketball team scored 75 points and held the host Dexter Demons to 33 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hobbs for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 15. Artesia will meet a Eagles team coming off a 92-45 non-league win over Alamogordo (Alamogordo, NM). The Eagles record now stands at 15-3.

The Demons (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 5-7 record. In their last contest, Hot Springs was routed by Deming (Deming, NM), 85-68, in a non-league contest.
