The Penasco Panthers topped the visiting Bosque Bobcats basketball team by a final score of 54-42 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Panthers face the Mesa Vista Trojans (Ojo Caliente, NM) in a non-league battle, on Friday, January 17. Penasco will attempt to better on its 9-5 season record.

The Bobcats (4-8) will now prepare for their battle against Native American Community Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 6-8 record. In their last battle, Native American Community Academy dropped by Estancia (Estancia, NM), 58-55, in a non-league battle.
