Hagerman Bobcats (Hagerman, NM) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Cloudcroft Bears (Cloudcroft, NM), 54-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hagerman upgrades its record to 5-7 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Capitan (Capitan, NM) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 4-3. Capitan lost 69-18 in their recent non-league bout against Magdalena (Magdalena, NM)

Next up, the Bears play the Hondo Valley Eagles (Hondo, NM) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Cloudcroft will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 2-10 record after their 66-29 non-league loss to Gateway Christian (Roswell, NM).
