The Santa Fe Prep Blue Griffins basketball team (Santa Fe, NM), was overwhelmed 81-57 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Dulce Hawks (Dulce, NM)

The Hawks now possess a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Monte Del Sol Charter for a 3A District 2 battle on Thursday, January 28. Dulce will confront a Dragons team coming off a 48-46 league loss to Academy for Technology and The Classics (Santa Fe, NM). The Dragons record now stands at 3-11.

The Blue Griffins (5-13) will now prepare for their battle against Pecos (Pecos, NM). The Panthers come into the 3A District 2 battle with a 14-5 record. In their last battle, Pecos trounced Desert Academy (Santa Fe, NM), 72-49, in a league battle.
