The Logan Longhorns basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Grady Bronchos to 27 in the Longhorns non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Longhorns now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maxwell for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 12. Logan will meet a Bears team coming off a 80-47 non-league win over Clayton (Clayton, NM). The Bears record now stands at 10-2.
The Bronchos (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Floyd (Floyd, NM). The Broncos enter the A District 4 contest with a 5-7 record. In their last contest, Floyd was outscored by Melrose (Melrose, NM), 50-40, in a non-league contest.
