In their next game, the Pirates face the St. Pius Sartans (Albuquerque, NM) in a 4A District 6 game, on Tuesday, February 3. Grants will attempt to move on its 15-5 season record. The Sartans enter the game with a 11-8 record after their 60-39 non-league win over Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM).

With the defeat, Moriarty moves to 5-14 on the year. The Fighting pintos travel to Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM) to face the Chargers in a 4A District 5 game on Tuesday, February 3. The Chargers enter the game with a record of 8-11. Albuquerque Academy won 68-65 in their recent non-league game against Belen (Belen, NM)
