With the victory, St. Pius improves its record to 17-6 on the campaign. The Sartans host Belen (Belen, NM) to play the Eagles in a 4A District 5 challenge on Tuesday, February 12. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 11-9. Belen won 70-60 in their recent league challenge against Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM)

Next up, the Pirates play the Moriarty Fighting Pintos (Moriarty, NM) in a 4A District 5 challenge, on Tuesday, February 12. Grants will attempt to improve on its 9-12 season record. The Fighting Pintos come into the challenge with a 4-19 record after their 81-42 league loss to Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM).
