With the win, Maxwell upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Bears travel to Evangel Christian Academy/Oak Grove Classical Academy (Albuquerque, NM) to clash with the Eagle in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Eagle go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Evangel Christian Academy/Oak Grove Classical Academy won 63-53 in their recent non-league bout against Roy/Mosquero (Roy, NM)

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Clayton Yellowjackets (Clayton, NM) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 17. Loving will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a 7-1 record after their 65-37 non-league win over Mescalero Apache (Mescalero, NM).
