In Saturday's league game, the host Questa Wildcats basketball team scored a close 61-56 win over the McCurdy Bobcats.
Next up, the Wildcats meet the Penasco Panthers (Penasco, NM) in a AA District 3 game, on Friday, February 10. Questa will attempt to improve on its 13-5 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 6-6 record after their 75-70 league loss to Mesa Vista (Ojo Caliente, NM).
The Bobcats (9-6) will now prepare for their game against Santa Fe Prep (Santa Fe, NM). The Griffins enter the non-league game with a 3-8 record. In their last game, Santa Fe Prep edged Mountainview (Springer, NM), 75-56, in a league game.
