In their next game, the Sky Hawks face the Red Valley/Cove (Red Valley, AZ) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, January 15. Newcomb will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.

The Mustangs (3-11) will now prepare for their battle against Crownpoint (Crownpoint, NM). The Eagles come into the 2A District 1 battle with a 6-8 record. In their last battle, Crownpoint was toppled by Navajo Prep (Farmington, NM), 53-49, in a league battle.
