With the victory, Springer upgrades its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Devils host Kim (Kim, CO) to play the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 14. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Kim won 71-62 in their recent non-league challenge against Sangre de Cristo (Mosca, CO)

Next up, the Panthers play the Mesa Vista Trojans (Ojo Caliente, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 21. Pecos will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 92-68 non-league win over Coronado (Gallina, NM).
