The Jal Panthers routed the visiting Eunice Cardinals softball squad by a count of 15-0 in Monday's league battle.

The Panthers (18-3) will now prepare for their battle against Non Varsity Opponent (, ). The go into the non-league battle with a 43-66 record. In their last battle, Non Varsity Opponent was routed by Jal (Jal, NM), 19-3, in a non-league battle.

The Cardinals now sport a 5-11 record. They play next when they travel to Dexter for a 3A/A District 4 battle on Thursday, April 30. Eunice will meet a Demons squad coming off a 11-2 non-league loss to Non Varsity Opponent (, ). The Demons record now stands at 20-3.
