The Chaparral Lobos volleyball team (Chaparral, NM), went down 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Deming Wildcats (Deming, NM)

The Wildcats (8-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Santa Teresa (Santa Teresa, NM). The Desert Warriors enter the 4A District 3 challenge with a 6-8 record. In their last challenge, Santa Teresa went down by Silver (Silver City, NM), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Lobos encounter the Silver Fighting Colts (Silver City, NM) in a 4A District 3 challenge, on Tuesday, October 28. Chaparral will attempt to move on its 1-10 season record. The Fighting Colts enter the challenge with a 10-8 record after their 3-0 league win over Santa Teresa (Santa Teresa, NM).
