The Wagon Mound Trojans volleyball team (Wagon Mound, NM), went down 3-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Springer Devils (Springer, NM)

The Devils (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Roy (Roy, NM). The Longhorns come into the 1A District 1 challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Roy went down by Clayton (Clayton, NM), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Trojans encounter the Cimarron Rams (Cimarron, NM) in a 1A District 1 challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. Wagon Mound will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Maxwell (Maxwell, NM).
