The Peekskill Red Devils basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Beacon Bulldogs to 67 in the Red Devils league triumph on Thursday.
The Red Devils now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ossining for a non-league contest on Monday, January 13. Peekskill will meet a team coming off a 74-43 non-league loss to Albertus Magnus (Bardonia, NY). The record now stands at 3-7.
The Bulldogs (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Hendrick Hudson (Montrose, NY). The Sailors come into the Section 1 Conference 2E challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Hendrick Hudson nipped Ramapo (Spring Valley, NY), 57-46, in a non-league challenge.
