New York High School Basketball - Tonawanda can't hold off Eden
The Eden Raiders basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Tonawanda Warriors to 42 in the Raiders league victory on Thursday.
The Raiders now sport a 3-10 record. They play next when they travel to Kennedy for a Section 6 Erie County IV bout on Saturday, February 7. Eden will play a Bears squad coming off a 62-45 league loss to Lackawanna (Lackawanna, NY). The Bears record now stands at 3-12.
Next up, the Warriors play the Lackawanna Steelers (Lackawanna, NY) in a Section 6 Erie County IV bout, on Tuesday, February 10. Tonawanda will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Steelers go into the bout with a 11-6 record after their 59-58 non-league loss to Bishop Kearney (Rochester, NY).
