The Sherman Wildcats basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Panama Panthers to 60 in the Wildcats league triumph on Monday.

The Wildcats now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brocton for a Section 6 Chautauqua/Cattaraugus I West contest on Thursday, December 19. Sherman will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 71-42 non-league loss to Allegany-Limestone (Allegany, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.

Next up, the Panthers play the Chautauqua Lake Thunderbirds (Mayville, NY) in a Section 6 Chautauqua/Cattaraugus I West challenge, on Thursday, December 19. Panama will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Thunderbirds come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 61-53 league loss to Westfield (Westfield, NY).
