Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Olean Huskies (Olean, NY) and the visiting Dunkirk Marauders (Dunkirk, NY), saw Olean's basketball squad trounce Dunkirk by a score of 69-36.

With the victory, Olean improves its record to 14-2 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Fredonia (Fredonia, NY) to play the Hillbillies in a Section 6 Chautauqua County I challenge on Monday, February 9. The Hillbillies come into the challenge with a record of 10-6. Fredonia won 63-41 in their recent league challenge against Gowanda (Gowanda, NY)

Next up, the Marauders play the Westfield Wolverines (Westfield, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 10. Dunkirk will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record.
