Pamela Loh has been named player of the year. "Pamela is the best Libero to patrol the back row for our highly competitive and aggressive offense. Our volleyball has a rich history here in NY State Section 1. We just won our 14th Sectional title because of the the graceful speed of an unassuming blue chipper young lady. The littlest Loh of 3 sisters was a Con Edison winner this year. This highly prestigious academic and athletic award is very difficult to achieve.With over 1,000 digs in her career, Pam also adds intelligence and insight to the defense. Her ability to place her serve anywhere on the court keeps teams off balance while her ability to second set the ball to our hitters keeps our attack going. I will miss her speed and agility as she zips around the court. Her play brings back many happy memories for me as I miss watching my own daughter play this same position with great respect. Pam anchors our defense and frustrates many opponents. Thank goodness she plays for me. I will miss her very much next year."
