The Waterloo Tigers triumphed over the host Romulus Warriors softball squad by a count of 12-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers meet the Midlakes Screaming Eagles (Clifton Springs, NY) in a Finger Lakes East challenge, on Monday, May 12. Waterloo will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Screaming Eagles enter the challenge with a 4-12 record after their 21-1 league loss to Palmyra-Macedon (Palmyra, NY).
The Warriors (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Geneva (Geneva, NY). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 8-6 record.
