Elena Alteri has been named player of the year. "As voted by the Coaches, Elena is the 2015 Lady Cavs Player Of The Year. Despite her statistical success offensively and her shut-down defense, Elena was the vocal leader on a young but talented team. Her leadership paved the way for the best softball season in school history. She has made her mark on IHC softball and was a fantastic representative of her family, team, program and school. Great job and congratulations Elena!"
