The Broken Bow Savages crushed the host Checotah Wildcats baseball team by a count of 12-3 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Savages now possess a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Poteau for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 10. Broken Bow will face a Pirates team coming off a 10-5 non-league win over Checotah (Checotah, OK). The Pirates record now stands at 2-2.
Next, the Wildcats face the Muldrow Bulldogs (Muldrow, OK) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 12. Checotah will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 5-1 record after their 11-2 non-league win over Westville (Westville, OK).
