The Checotah Wildcats baseball team scored 22 runs and limited the visiting Okmulgee Bulldogs to 3 in the Wildcats league victory on Monday.
The Wildcats (4-6) will now prepare for their match against Fort Gibson (Fort Gibson, OK). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 4-5 record. In their last match, Fort Gibson gained a win over Sequoyah (Tahlequah, OK), 10-4, in a non-league match.
The Bulldogs (0-5) will now prepare for their match against Antlers (Antlers, OK). The Bearcats go into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Antlers was overwhelmed by Bennington (Bennington, OK), 14-7, in a non-league match.
