Trinity Lutheran Saints (Bend, OR) supporters were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the visiting Gilchrist Grizzlies (Gilchrist, OR), 66-51 in a league challenge.

With the victory, Trinity Lutheran improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Saints travel to Mitchell/Spray (Spray, OR) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Mitchell/Spray lost 64-24 in their recent non-league challenge against Delphian (Sheridan, OR)

Next up, the Grizzlies confront the McKenzie Eagles (Finn Rock, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 7. Gilchrist will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record.
