The Farrell Steelers basketball team (Farrell, PA), dropped 63-53 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Sharon Tigers (Sharon, PA)

The Tigers now possess a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hickory for a District 10 Region 5 battle on Friday, February 10. Sharon will battle a Hornets team coming off a 61-41 league win over Slippery Rock (Slippery Rock, PA). The Hornets record now stands at 10-10.

The Steelers (8-10) will now prepare for their battle against Oil City (Oil City, PA). The Oilers come into the District 10 Region 5 battle with a 4-14 record. In their last battle, Oil City dropped by George Junior Republic (Grove City, PA), 81-62, in a league battle.
