Althea Helms's Bio

Started every game as a Freshman to help lead Bellefonte to its first AAA District Championship in program history. Earned 2nd Team LHAC all Conference honors on defense. I have consistently proven myself as coachable and a hardworker. Along with my aggressiveness , I am known for my speed and endurance, which help me track down attackers on defense. I also excel at track. My goal is to attend and play in college at a very high level that challenges me both academically and athletically.
