Dan Walters has been named player of the year. "What can I say that I haven't said all ready? Just check out his stats on Maxpreps if you need more proof. Dan is the heart of our defense at SS and at the plate he is so tough to get out. He has a great eye with a quick bat. Most importantly, he is a rock. He doesn't get rattled when things are not going his way. Dan is a fine young man and he will be successful no matter what he does. Good luck at Washington and Jefferson in your academics and on the baseball field."
