Chris Vallimont has been named player of the year. " Senior Chris Vallimont was outstanding the entire year. Vallimont finished the season 10-1 and became the all time Laker leader with a 0.44 ERA. He also broke the school record with 122 strikeouts in a season. He allowed only 43 hits in 80 innings pitched. Vallimont also had a .403 batting average with 10 doubles and a homerun. He finsished with a .934 fielding percentage as well."
