South Carolina High School Baseball - Conway loses to Sumter
In Friday's league game, the host Sumter Fighting Gamecocks baseball team scored a tight 8-4 victory over the Conway Tigers.
The Fighting Gamecocks (6-4) will now prepare for their game against Carolina Forest (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Panthers go into the AAAA Region VI game with a 4-1 record. In their last game, Carolina Forest tipped West Florence (Florence, SC), 3-2, in a league game.
