The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Daniel Lions (Central, SC) and the visiting Pendleton Bulldogs (Pendleton, SC), observed Daniel's basketball team knock off Pendleton by a score of 74-62.

The Lions (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Franklin County (Carnesville, GA). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Franklin County dropped by Elbert County (Elberton, GA), 76-72, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Berea Bulldogs (Greenville, SC) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 15. Pendleton will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a 2-5 record after their 79-57 non-league loss to Southside (Greenville, SC).
