South Dakota High School Basketball - Vermillion topped by Madison
The Madison Bulldogs basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the host Vermillion Tanagers to 32 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 12-3 record. They play next when they travel to Sioux Falls Christian for a non-league contest on Monday, February 6. Madison will meet a Chargers team coming off a 75-48 non-league win over Canton (Canton, SD). The Chargers record now stands at 12-3.
The Tanagers (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against Dakota Valley (North Sioux City, SD). The Panthers come into the A District 8 contest with a 12-2 record. In their last contest, Dakota Valley beat Deubrook (White, SD), 75-66, in a non-league contest.
