The Madison Mustangs (Jackson, TN) basketball felled the visiting McKenzie Rebels (McKenzie, TN), 63-44 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Mustangs (8-8) will now prepare for their test against Scotts Hill (Reagan, TN). The Lions go into the A District 15 test with a 8-4 record. In their last test, Scotts Hill went down by Chester County (Henderson, TN), 58-54, in a non-league test.

The Rebels now own a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central for a A District 13 test on Tuesday, January 8. McKenzie will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 79-47 league win over Carroll Academy (Huntingdon, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 3-8.
