The Stacey Eagles volleyball team (San Antonio, TX), was dropped 3-0 in Friday's league challenge with the host Utopia Buffaloes (Utopia, TX)

The Buffaloes (8-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Johnson City (Johnson City, TX). The Eagles enter the 1A Region IV District 27 challenge with a 4-15 record. In their last challenge, Johnson City was dropped by Harper (Harper, TX), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Center Point Pirates (Center Point, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 27 challenge, on Tuesday, October 11. Stacey will attempt to move on its 0-15 season record. The Pirates enter the challenge with a 7-15 record after their 3-1 league loss to Medina (Medina, TX).
